I don't know about you, but I've never liked sautéing mushrooms. I don't know what it is about them, but for some reason the texture changes for me too much on the stovetop. I prefer grilled or oven-cooked mushrooms, that is, until I discovered how amazing they are air fried! This recipe is only for a single serving, but it could easily be doubled or quadrupled.
Ingredients:
12 button mushrooms, cleaned and dried
1 tsp olive oil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
garlic salt, to taste
parsley, to taste
Instructions:
1) In a bag, shake mushrooms in olive oil.
2) Add seasonings and shake again.
3) Spray air fryer with olive oil spray.
4) Cook at 380 for 8 minutes or until done.
5) Enjoy!
