Protein "Cocoa Puffs"

Ready for a bowl-full of low carb chocolately goodness? Then make Protein "Cocoa Puffs" today!

Ingredients:

1 cup Promix Chocolate Whey Protein Puffs
1/4 cup powdered Swerve
2 tbsp liquid coconut oil, divided
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions:

1) Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.

2) Mix 1 tbsp liquid coconut oil with 1 cup of protein puffs.

3) Add the Swerve and cocoa powder. Stir well.

4) Mix the final tbsp of coconut oil in.

5) Cook for about 8 minutes at 325 degrees to allow the cereal to get extra crunchy.

6) Allow cereal to cool completely.
