Not too much is better than the combo of chocolate and peanut butter! This crunchy, low carb, high protein "Reese's Puffs" cereal definitely hits the spot!
Ingredients:
1 cup Promix Chocolate Whey Protein Puffs
2 tbsp 100% natural peanut butter
1/4 cup powdered Swerve
1 tbsp liquid coconut oil
Instructions:
1) Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
2) Melt 2 tbsp peanut butter.
3) Mix the melted peanut butter with 1 cup of protein puffs.
4) Add the Swerve. Stir well.
5) Mix the 1 tbsp of coconut oil in.
6) Cook for about 8 minutes at 325 degrees to allow the cereal to get extra crunchy.
7) Allow cereal to cool completely.
