Keto Glazed Pecans

I've never met a nut I haven't liked. But these glazed pecans...WOW! They're great plain, or as a nice crunch to a salad.

Ingredients:

4 tbsp salted butter
2 cups pecans
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup granulated Swerve
1/2 cup golden Lakanto

Instructions:

1) Melt 4 tbsp butter.

2) Once melted, add pecans and stir until covered.

3) Mix in the vanilla, Swerve and Lakanto. Stir frequently for a few minutes.

4) Turn off the heat and pour pecans into a bowl. Continue to stir as they cool.

5) Enjoy!

    1. Hi Phiddy! One is like normal sugar and the other is like brown sugar, so they have different tastes. You could do entirely one or the other, but I personally prefer the combo.
