Giant Brownies & Brownie Bites

There's something fun about things that are really big and really small. I mean, who wants an average-sized brownie? Anyways, I wanted to include nutrition facts for both (even though the only difference is cutting into 9 pieces versus 36 pieces). These brownies are very rich, chocolatey and chewy. YUM!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup avocado oil
1/3 cup KNOW Foods chocolate chips
1/3 cup brown Swerve or golden Lakanto
1/3 cup granulated Swerve
4 eggs (room temperature!)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup coconut flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

1) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

2) In a microwavable bowl, add 1/3 cup chocolate chips and avocado oil. 

3) Microwave in 15 seconds increments and stir until melted. 

4) Add the sweeteners, eggs, cocoa powder, coconut flour, vanilla and salt. Stir well.

5) Mix in 1/4 cup chocolate chips.

6) Spray a 9x9 pan well with coconut oil.

7) Pour batter in the pan and smooth surface. 

8) Bake for around 20 minutes or until done.

9) Remove from oven and let cool.

10) Once cool, cut into 9 pieces for giant brownies or 36 pieces for brownie bites.

11) Enjoy!
