Chewy Peanut Butter Coconut Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup 100% natural peanut butter
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
¾ cup granular Swerve
½ cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
1 egg
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp collagen peptides
½ cup unsweetened cashew milk

Instructions:

1) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

2) Mix all ingredients together.

3) Place parchment paper on two cookie sheets.

4) Form dough into small balls. Flatten into cookie shape, as they do not spread out very much while baking.

5) Cook for about 11 minutes.

6) Allow cookies to cool.
