French "Fries"

So I asked all of you what recipe you wanted most, and the overwhelming response was fries, with no turnips, parsnips, rutabagas, and obviously no potatoes. Well, I came up with a creation! Last night I posted a baked version of these, but then I tried freezing the baked the fries and frying them, and they were much better, crispier and more fry-like, so I highly recommend frying them. 

Ingredients:

12 oz frozen riced cauliflower (I used 1 bag from Trader Joe's)
3 tbsp butter
2 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
olive oil for frying

Instructions:

1) Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

2) Melt 3 tbsp butter in a large frying pan.

3) Add 12 oz frozen riced cauliflower and stir on medium heat until cooked.

4) Mix in cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.

5) Put mixture in Ninja or a similar blender and pulse until smooth.

6) Transfer mixture into an icing bag with a circular tip.

7) On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, create "fries."

8) Bake for 8-12 minutes at 400 degrees or until lightly browned. 

9) Flip fries, and put them back in the oven for another 3-6 minutes until browned to your preference.

10) Once cool, place fries in the freezer.

11) Heat a frying pan with olive oil and fry the fries out of the freezer.

12) Sprinkle with salt and enjoy.
